I love it how you've mirrored the creation of a story/ book with product creation (something I work with). Build a minimal viable 'product'. The fear of building 'debt' that overwhelms us. I agree with you that creativity needs its own pace. Some days we may feel energised enough to push ourselves but that won't and can't happen on all days. Sometimes slowing down is the way to move faster.
